Secondary & University Scholarships HOTC awards educational scholarships to village teens that have a sincere and dedicated desire to pursue a secondary level course of study outside of their village. The goal of our secondary educational program is the empowerment of indigenous youth, by giving students the educational and emotional support needed to complete five years of a formal secondary education. This program also scholarships students who have the desire and grade point average to continue a university or technical institute based study, with the condition that they return to their village or region for a period of time to be determined individually, depending on their chosen course of study.
